Hi, my name is John Baril and welcome to my site. I am a qualified reviewer of diet systems and programs. I am also a career Paramedic which is another one of my passions. I live with my family in British Columbia which is the most western province of Canada.
So why did I create this site?
I am amazed but also appalled by the garbage that is promoted by the diet industry in general. This is a multi-billion dollar industry and it is full of scams and misleading information.
As a result, I have been on a quest to find a weight loss system that is:
